For universities and colleges · Registrar · COE Issue degrees that verify themselves.
Dygital.degree turns a convocation batch into signed certificates anchored on Hyperledger, issued in the NAD standard format, and every student is notified to fetch theirs into ADi Wallet. Employer queries then arrive in one verification inbox: digitised records answer themselves, and paper-era requests land in the same queue.
Dygital.degree lets a university or college issue every degree, marksheet and certificate as a signed digital record that anyone can verify with one scan, and answer every employer query from one inbox.
From a spreadsheet to a convocation-ready certificate in six steps
Digitisation is the issue pillar of Dygital.degree. The batch monitor on the right runs the same six steps your Registrar's office will see.
- 1Upload the batchCSV or Excel from your SIS or ERP. The column-mapping wizard matches your headers to the schema.
- 2Validate every rowSchema check, duplicate detection and missing-field flags. Fix rows, not files; the batch resumes where it stopped.
- 3Design once, reuse everywhereA master template carries seals, signatures, QR placement and watermarks. Per-batch overrides handle the year's seal or a new VC.
- 4Sign the batchYour Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Vice-Chancellor upload their signatures once. Each is stored securely, hashed and printed on every certificate they approve, with your seal.
- 5Anchor and issueEach certificate is hashed and anchored on Hyperledger. The QR on the page checks against it.
- 6Notify every studentEach student gets an email, with bounce tracking, and a notice in ADi Wallet, then fetches the signed certificate for a fee shown before they pay. Every certificate is in the NAD standard format.
Design, sign and issue a certificate. Then try to tamper with it.
A live sandbox of the Dygital.degree studio. Type a name, pick a template, press Sign and issue, then scan it. Edit anything after issue and the scan fails. Nothing you type here is stored.

Everything a Registrar's office needs, in one console
Two pillars: issuance and verification. Both sit on the same catalogue of departments, courses and programmes, with role dashboards and audit logs for every action.
Every certificate type
Original degree, provisional certificate, consolidated marksheet, semester marksheets with supplementary, migration, bonafide, transfer, character, rank and medal certificates, plus custom templates.
Bulk issuance at scale
Upload CSV or Excel, map columns once, and issue batches built for 1,00,000+ records per batch with resume-on-error.
Academic Chain Detection
Links a student's semester marksheets, consolidated marksheet, provisional and original degree by registration number, across semesters and programmes.
Template & Design Studio
Drag-and-drop canvas for text, images, signatures, seals, QR placement and watermarks, with master templates, per-batch overrides, versioning and a legend builder for grade codes.
Signing and seals
Each signatory uploads their signature once. We store it securely, hash it, and print it on the certificates they approve in the portal, with your seal. No DSC or eSign token is needed.
QR anchored on Hyperledger
Every certificate carries a QR and a hash anchored on Hyperledger. Tamper-evident: any change to an issued certificate makes its QR check fail.
Every student notified
An email with delivery and bounce tracking, and a notice in ADi Wallet. Students fetch the signed certificate, in the NAD standard format, for a fee shown before they pay.
Lifecycle under control
Convert provisional to original, revoke or un-revoke with a reason, handle duplicate and re-issue requests, and track completion status.
Verification hub
Direct verification for digitised records, QR-scan checks, bulk CSV verification, transfer-student checks, employer attestation letters and one inbound queue for the verification cell.

Three mechanisms that do the heavy lifting
Upload one file. Dygital.degree finds the chain.
- The column-mapping wizard matches your spreadsheet headers to the certificate schema, once per layout.
- Validation flags duplicates and missing fields row by row; the batch moves from draft to eligible without re-uploading.
- Academic Chain Detection groups SEM 1 to SEM 8, the consolidated marksheet, the provisional and the original degree under one registration number.
- Retry, re-issue or revoke at row, batch or programme level, with bulk photo linking.
Every employer query, answered from one inbox.
- Employers on Checkkbox verify digitised records directly against the issued record, with no letters or calls.
- 150+ verification agencies verify academic records on Checkkbox, so their requests reach the same inbox.
- QR-scan checks, bulk CSV verification and cross-institution transfer-student checks land in the same queue.
- Records from before digitisation route to a university-side verifier in a manual workflow.
- Each answer goes out as an employer attestation letter, and every action is logged.
One scan tells the truth about a certificate.
- At issue, the certificate is hashed and anchored on Hyperledger.
- Scanning the QR fetches the anchored record and compares it with the certificate in hand.
- A match returns who issued it, what it certifies and that the hash is intact.
- Any edit, even one digit of a CGPA, changes the hash and the check fails.
Any edit changes the hash. The QR check fails.
Built for the people who sign, issue and answer
Sign a batch, not a pile
Sign a whole batch in the portal, revoke or un-revoke with a reason, and see every action in the audit log.
Results to marksheets, on time
Upload results from your existing exam software, or approve semester marks through the HOD wizard, then issue marksheets and degrees from one catalogue of departments, courses and programmes.
Marks entry with approval built in
Enter and approve semester marks in a guided wizard. Supplementary results flow into the same academic chain.
One inbox instead of three channels
Answer employer queries from one verification queue with attestation letters, instead of email, post and phone.
Certificates that travel with them
Get notified the moment a certificate is issued, fetch it into ADi Wallet for a fee shown before they pay, and share it with any employer.
Verify in minutes, at the source
Verify directly against issued records or scan the QR. On Checkkbox, identity, education and EPFO/TDS employment checks close in under 15 minutes when the candidate's records are on the network.
- Consent and purposeA share from ADi Wallet needs the student's yes. Every verifier states why, and the institution answers under its own rules.
- Logged and encryptedEvery issue, signature and revocation is on record. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Revocation with reasonsRevoke or un-revoke at row, batch or programme level.
- Tamper-evident certificatesQR, hash and Hyperledger anchor on every certificate. Any change after issue makes the QR check fail.
Questions registrars ask us
Our records are in Excel and on paper. Where do we start?
With one batch. Give us clean data and have your signatories ready, and the batch is issued the same day: upload, map, validate, design, sign, issue, usually in three to four hours. Then backfill historical records, and steady state is convocation-ready issuance every semester.
Who issues the certificates, and who controls the data?
Your institution does. You upload, process and issue every certificate on Dygital.degree; we provide the platform and never issue on your behalf. Each institution works with us under a signed agreement that sets out how its data is processed.
Do our signatories need a DSC or eSign?
No. The Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Vice-Chancellor each upload their signature image once. We store it securely, hash it, and print it on the certificates they approve. Each issued certificate is anchored on Hyperledger, so any change to it makes its QR check fail.
Do we have to change how our certificates look?
No. The Template & Design Studio reproduces your layout on a canvas with your seals, signatures and watermarks. A master template serves every department, and per-batch overrides handle the year's seal or a new Vice-Chancellor's signature. Templates are versioned.
What stops someone editing the PDF?
Every certificate is hashed and anchored on Hyperledger. The QR on the certificate checks the document against that anchor. Certificates are tamper-evident: any change to an issued certificate makes its QR check fail.
How do employers verify a degree we issued?
Three ways. Employers on Checkkbox verify directly against the issued record. Anyone can scan the QR. Anyone else requests a check on Checkkbox, and it lands in your verification inbox, where the verification cell answers with an attestation letter. Records from before digitisation go to a university-side verifier.
Can we revoke a certificate after issue?
Yes. Revoke or un-revoke at row, batch or programme level with a reason. Every action is logged with who, what, when and from where. Duplicate and re-issue requests follow the same trail.
Will it work with our student information system?
Yes. Batches come in as CSV or Excel through the column-mapping wizard, and REST APIs connect your SIS or ERP. Issued certificates follow the NAD standard format, and students are notified to fetch them into ADi Wallet.
How do students get their certificates?
As soon as a certificate is issued, the student is notified by email and in ADi Wallet. They fetch the signed certificate into the wallet for a fee shown before they pay, and from then on share it with any employer.
What does Dygital.degree cost?
Joining is free for your institution. Students pay a fee to fetch each certificate, and see that fee before they pay. You set your own fee for verification requests. For anything beyond that, such as backfilling your archive, tell us what you need and we'll send a quote.
Issue your next convocation digitally.
Send one clean batch and see it issued the same day, then backfill the archive.
